It’s no secret: better splits and caps for high producers make sense for them, but it often leaves other agents struggling to climb the ladder. This creates a system where those at the top stay at the top, and those at the bottom can’t catch up.
At REAL Broker, our mission is to level the playing field and help every agent grow—from brand new to BUILDER. That’s why at Real Broker, every agent benefits from the same split and cap structure, no matter your production level, experience, or connections.
Here’s the breakdown:
85/15 commission split
Individual Agents: $12,000 company cap
Teams: $12,000 company cap for team leaders and $6,000 for team members.
$249 sign-up fee per agent
No Monthly Fees
$900 annual brokerage fee per agent, paid from first 3 transactions per anniversary year and only if you are producing. (great for new agents starting out to avoid a fee when production is slow)
Up to 3 personal transactions per anniversary year (per agent), with $250 transaction fee only, no broker split!
A $50 BEOP fee per transaction that covers broker review, E&O insurance, and processing
Agents who earn the Elite Agent Award receive up to $24,000 in free stock in the company

8 Ways to Earn with Real Brokerage
Sell Houses: Enjoy an 85/15 split with a $12,000 cap ($6,000 for team agents) and no monthly or tech fees.
Capping Award: Receive stock grants when you reach the cap, investing in a growing company.
Elite Agent Award: Achieve elite status by paying the $18,000 cap and earn $16,000 in stock, plus reduced fees.
Cultural Award: Teach one class a month as a cultural contributor and earn $8,000 in stock annually.
Attracting Award: Earn stock grants for every agent you bring to Real.

My all time favorite thing about REAL is that it offers TRUE NATIONWIDE COLLABORATION WITH TOP PRODUCING AGENTS. There is NO gatekeeping at REAL.
As an agent at REAL you are not allowed to offer special training to only your downline, you have to offer it to all REAL agents. This ensures there is no bait and switch type recruiting.
My other favorite feature of REAL is the Technology. One log in, One Platform, One App! I can run my business on the go on my phone with an app that is updating in “real” time. (no pun intended! haha). This feature was a game changer for me.
